2025 Kingdom Faire Volunteer Opportunities
Join us at Vacation Bible Camp as we travel back in time to the Middle Ages! We’ll have a front row seat to the kingdom adventures of Stewart the Steward, Cornelius the Jester, Rosemary the Cook and more, where we’ll learn how to use our gifts to serve the King.
Below you will find important dates as well as the various ways in which you might serve at VBC, which will be held June 23 – 27, 2025.

Friday, June 6th, 6:30 to 9:00 Kick-Off Meeting
Thursday, June 19th, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Decorating Day
Saturday, June 21st, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Send-Off Meeting
Sunday, June 22nd, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Classroom Setup
Monday – Friday, June 23 – 27 Volunteer Schedule: 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
VBC Roles:
Prayer Team: Prays for those involved in VBC and for the children who will attend.
Pre-Camp Team: Oversees K – 6th grade VBC staff children in free play from 7:45 to 8:45 AM each day of camp.
Registration Team: Oversees walk-in camper registration the week of VBC.
Infant - Pre-k Team: Cares for and teaches the VBC staff children, ages 0-4; curriculum provided.
Guide Team: Accompanies and guides campers from activity to activity throughout the morning, providing encouragement, cheerful support and stability for campers as well as helping hands to the game, craft, and Bible leaders.
Bible Verse Game Team: Oversees and organizes Bible verse games; curriculum provided.
Craft/Snack Team: Oversees and organizes the craft and snack activities throughout the week for the designated grade level; curriculum provided.
Registration Team: Oversees walk-in camper registration the week of VBC.
